Groups

The Domaine offers accommodation for groups up to 26 people. When booking the domain with a minimum of 10 people (or a minimum of 7 rooms), the entire accommodation part of the domain is exclusively reserved for your group. You and your party are free to use the communal areas/ ‘grande salle’ all the time.

We have a total of 12 bedrooms, including 1 gîte (studio):

• 1 double room
• 1 twin room
• 9  bedrooms which could be either a double room or a twin room
• 1 gîte (studio) for 2 people with double bed (possibility of adding 2 people on a sofa bed).

*For groups who will require more than 10 bedrooms, the gîte/studio will be used as a regular double room without extra costs.

All our rooms have a private bathroom, TV and fast Wi-Fi (glass fiber). The maximum occupancy per room is 2 people. Some rooms are connected by an interior door, ideal for parents with young children. Or, when not needed, these doors can remain locked.

The communal area (‘grande salle’) is ideal for being together (eating and entertaining). There is a bar and an outdoor terrace ideal for drinking an aperitif. The garden is green and tranquil with places to sit and reflect. There is also a badminton court and a games room with table football and table tennis.

We are located near the A64 motorway, the city of Lannemezan and the shopping center with a Carrefour supermarket 10 minutes by car. The neighboring villages 5 minutes from here have a grocery store and bakery.

• All the accommodation part of the domain is exclusively reserved for your group
• Use of the large room (110 m2) with bar
• Bedding and towels are provided
• All rooms have a private bathroom (shower or bath with WC) and toilet paper is included
• Free Wi-Fi (fiber) in all rooms and common areas
• Private parking
• Breakfast and dinner (3-course daily meal) provided by us

Security deposit on arrival: €750 (not cashed).

The meals

Breakfast

A full breakfast is served in the morning between 8am and 10.30am. You will find a choice of an assortment of fresh or toasted bread, jams, cheese, eggs, yoghurt, fruit, fruit juice, pastries, hot drinks.

Dinner

Homemade, for example:
Starter: Pumkin soup or zucchini soup or creamy leek soup.

Main course: Chicken à la Basquaise with Basmati rice or Tartiflette or Hachis Parmentier (similar to Shepherd’s pie).*
Served with a green salad, bread and water (you are allowed to bring your own wine or other alcoholic beverages).

*On request we can also prepare vegetarian dishes.

Dessert: Vanilla ice cream with brownie or chocolate mousse or creamy caramel.

« A few kilometers from the Col du Port de Bales. Lydia and Iko made us feel very welcome in their domain despite this Covid period. We are a group of 12 cyclists and 4 guides. This stage of our crossing of the Pyrenees will remain an excellent memory. Our hosts of Dutch origin are very friendly and go out of their way to serve you. The hotel is authentically old-fashioned, this vintage side gives it all its charm, comfortable rooms and remarkably clean. The breakfast and the dinner are simple but nevertheless excellent, made with love with natural products sometimes from their garden. The place is perfect for a cycling stage.
