The Basilica of St. Just de Valcabrère is a Romanesque building of the 11th and 12th century. It is listed as an UNESCO World Heritage Site under the ‘Routes of Saint-Jacques de Compostelle in France’.

Access to the basilica takes place by first entering the cemetery whose entry portal was built in the thirteenth century.

The portal is surmounted by a decorated tympanum. On either side of the portal are pillar statues representing the deacon Saint Stephen, Saint Justus and Saint Pastor and Saint Helena.

The central aisle is divided into four bays with the choir in semicircle. Two holy-water stoups at the entrance are carved into Roman capitals.
